Senator Kamala Harris on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert

If you don’t mind some politics mixed with your late night, then chances are you’re a fan of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Watch on Wednesday, May 22 to see Stephen Colbert interview Democratic candidate for president Senator Kamala Harris.

Politicians have been popping up on late night shows more and more in the past decade. Sometimes it can be mutually beneficial for both the politician and the show. Other times, it can cause more problems and headaches than expected.

Senator Kamala Harris is certainly no stranger to late night. She’s been on Jimmy Kimmel Live!Late Night with Seth Meyers and will now return to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

It was only four months ago that Harris was interviewed by Colbert. But so much happens seemingly daily when it comes to American politics. That means that there will be no shortage of conversation topics when Harris goes back to the Ed Sullivan Theater.

The Late Show with Stephen Colbert is on an abbreviated schedule this week. There will only be three shows with Colbert and company taking Thursday and Friday off. That means that if Colbert fans want their fix, Wednesday night’s show is the top choice to see Colbert at his best.
