Dax Shepard on Conan

It is always nice when a popular recurring guest can stop by a late night show. That will be the case on Tuesday April 30 when Dax Shepard returns to Conan.

Shepard will be out promoting his new television comedy series Bless This Mess costarring Lake Bell. The chemistry and comedic talents of those two actors have been praised as the highlights of the show.

But the real reason to catch this interview on Tuesday night is for the chemistry between Shepard and Conan O’Brien. Not only has Shepard been interviewed by O’Brien countless times dating back to the Late Night with Conan O’Brien days, but the two even traded off podcast visits.

O’Brien was a guest on Shepard’s podcast “Armchair Expert” that showed off a much more sincere and insightful version on the late night host than what we are typically used to seeing. Shepard returned the favor by sitting down for “Conan O’Brien Needs a Friend” in which the continued their discussion on mental health while also covering some lighter topics.

The two share some common interests with history being a one that stands out. While Shepard will no doubt want to talk about Bless This Mess, anything from his marriage with Kristen Bell to ancient history could be on the table.
