Farrell will be promoting his role in the live-action version of Dumbo directed by Tim Burton. Farrell plays Holt Farrier, a former circus star who is the caretaker of Dumbo the elephant. The film also stars Michael Keaton, Danny DeVito, and Eva Green.

Farrell makes for the perfect kind of guest for Jimmy Kimmel. He is a true movie star who is now very comfortable about who he is, which allows for a much more natural and easy-going interview. Kimmel’s interviews are always at their best when the guest isn’t trying to be something other than who they are and when Kimmel is genuinely interested in them on a personal level.
