Late night: Five guests to get excited for this week – March 18, 2019

Julia Louis-Dreyfus on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon
Close out your late night week by watching Julia Louis-Dreyfus on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The living-legend of comedy will be a guest on Thursday March 21.
There isn’t much more to say about Louis-Dreyfus that hasn’t already been said. Her career features highlights that rival anyone else’s in comedy. For most, a run on Saturday Night Live would be enough but it is only a small sample of Louis-Dreyfus’ resume.
No other performer has won more Emmy Awards or Screen Actors Guild Awards than the former Seinfeld star. Her critically acclaimed HBO series Veep returns for its final season on March 31.
The end of Veep won’t be the last we see of the talented Louis-Dreyfus, of course. She has a voice role in the Disney animated film Onward alongside Chris Pratt and Tom Holland coming in 2020. The actress will also co-star with Will Ferrell in the upcoming comedy Downhill.
As a trained improviser, Julia Louis-Dreyfus is also the kind of guest that seems perfectly at home on The Tonight Show. Like the clip above, you can expect Jimmy Fallon to ask Louis-Dreyfus to play along with one of his classic games if not something brand new.
So those are five picks for who you should be excited to see on late night this week. As always, there a lot of celebrity guests to keep track of but Last Night On will have all the best moments from the week covered right here. Let us know who you’re eager to see this week and then be sure to check back in to watch all the highlights!
