Samuel L. Jackson on The Late Late Show with James Corden

There will be no escaping the Marvel Cinematic Universe on late night this week. Captain Marvel‘s other star, Samuel L. Jackson, will be on The Late Late Show with James Corden on Wednesday, March 6.

Jackson will be reprising his role as Nick Fury in Captain Marvel. It’s a a character he’s played in just about every Marvel movie that has come out since Iron Man in 2008. He will have a much more expanded role alongside Brie Larson in Captain Marvel.

Captain Marvel is set in the 1990s meaning it takes place prior to everything we’ve seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe up to this point. To help with that, Jackson was digitally de-aged throughout the film. It is a technique we’ve seen Marvel use before. It will be interesting to hear Jackson’s experience in the process and his thoughts on the results.

A veteran actor with over 100 films to his credit. Samuel L. Jackson is no stranger to late night television. He’s one of the most popular and successful actors of all time, meaning he always gets a warm reception from any late night host and audience. And as the clip above proves, he’s not afraid to have some fun with James Corden. Expect more of the same on Wednesday night.
