Jimmy Fallon’s visit to Puerto Rico brought him to the world’s second-longest zip line.

It takes a special kind of personality to be a thrill-seeker. Whether it is bungie jumping, hang gliding, or skydiving the rush of adrenaline isn’t exactly for everyone. Jimmy Fallon isn’t exactly the type but he may be now after his stay in Puerto Rico.

Fallon has been doing a week of shows in Puerto Rico with help from Hamilton creator Lin-Manuel Miranda. It marks one of the few visits outside of the continental U.S. Fallon has made as host of The Tonight Show.

And while much of the show has focused on Puerto Rico’s arts and music scene, Fallon did take some time to enjoy the scenery. It just may not have been in the way he would have preferred. A cocktail and a nice view sounds more like Fallon’s style. But that doesn’t exactly lend itself to the kind of comedy as watching the late night host squirm on a zip line.

The three members of The Tonight Show in this clip offer a nice representation of three very different approaches to thrill-seeking. You have the experienced, eager type in Tariq, the nervous first-timer in Jimmy, and the “thanks but no thanks” type in Questlove. It’s clear that Tariq is much more comfortable on a zip line than he is on an amusement park ride.

Jimmy Fallon’s reactions just go to show how different everyone approaches what they think is scary. A lot of people who love zip lining would never get up in front of audience of ten people never mind act ridiculous for an audience of millions.

So after watching Tariq and Jimmy Fallon conquer the “Monster,” are you thinking of giving it a try? The Tonight Show has done an excellent job of showcasing all Puerto Rico has to offer in a unique way. Surely a few more adventurous types will try this zip line after seeing Fallon make it through to the other side!
