At this point, several years have passed since the hit AMC drama series Breaking Bad came to an end after five seasons. And yet, the series remains one of the most lauded shows in pop culture history, high on the lists of many fans. In a way, it lives on through its spin-off series Better Call Saul, but fans will always have a fond appreciation for the groundbreaking series from Vince Gilligan.
Conan O’Brien also misses the series, and Fan Fest reports he’s taken it upon himself to get the gang back together. In an appearance for his TBS show Conan set to air on Wednesday, July 18, a huge bulk of key players from the cast will all be together to talk about the series. It’s not quite the same as new episodes of the show, but it’s going to be amazing to see the group all on the screen at the same time once again.
Confirmed to appear on the show are Bryan Cranston (Walter White), Aaron Paul (Jesse Pinkman), Anna Gunn (Skyler White), RJ Mitte (Walter, Jr.), Dean Norris (Hank), Betsy Brandt (Marie), Giancarlo Esposito (Gus Fring), and Bob Odenkirk (Saul Goodman). Sadly, Jonathan Banks, who plays loyal hitman Mike Ehrmantraut, isn’t able to attend. Still, what an impressive lineup O’Brien has secured for this reunion.
