The newest “rap battle” is between two people you would not expect, The Late Show’s Stephen Colbert and the White House’s Kellyanne Conway.

Word!

Last night on The Late Show, host Stephen Colbert devoted his opening monologue to talking about Donald Trump and his cohorts in the White House. As per usual, they’ve given him plenty of material to work with, and eventually, it’s Kellyanne Conway’s turn to take a lashing.

As Colbert shows, Conway was on TV recently to defend the latest blunders in the White House. When it came to defending Trump himself, Conway referred to him as not only the president, but the “commander of cheese.” Colbert is rather amused by that, admitting that Trump is actually qualified for the position, saying, “After all, he did win Wisconsin.”

But, clearly, what entertains Colbert the most about Conway’s TV appearance is her penchant for rhyming. Conway was spouting so many rhymes that she may as well have been a rapper in a rap battle. “She’s spittin’ bars faster than Mueller can put people behind them,” he jokes. Not letting the opportunity go to waste, Colbert decided to engage and respond with a few fresh rhymes of his own.

With that, Colbert unleashes a brutal verbal take down of Kellyanne in a way that would make any hip hip artist proud. He begins by talking about how she’s a “stump for Trump” and culminates with Colbert’s desire to see her retire before she gets fired… because she is a liar.

You can watch the monologue with ensuing rap battle in the YouTube video below.

How will Conway respond to this diss from Colbert? Will she be whipping out some wicked cool rhymes of her own? We’ll have to wait and see. Tune in when The Late Show with Stephen Colbert airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. EST on CBS!
