The Walking Dead star Norman Reedus paid a visit to The Tonight Show and told Jimmy Fallon about the time he got lucky on a Walking Dead slot machine.

Norman Reedus is particularly skilled at killing zombies in character as Daryl Dixon, but behind the scenes, he fares just as well taking on The Walking Dead.

Last night, Reedus came onto The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon as a special guest. He revealed many humorous stories about his life, which includes taking Marilyn Manson for a ride on his motorcycle. But perhaps the most intriguing story revealed by Reedus is the tale of how he managed to score on a slot machine featuring the hit AMC zombie show.

As Reedus tells Fallon, he went to Las Vegas for some kind of convention. While there, he noticed a giant slot machine brandishing images from The Walking Dead. Of course, Reedus had to play, and he could not have predicted the result. After putting in a single dollar, Reedus ironically would receive several matching Daryl Dixons — netting him a score of around $850! Not a bad return at all for only spending a buck.

Reedus and Fallon talk more about the show, including the revelation that Andrew Lincoln “punches” people on the set. You can hear all about it in the YouTube video below.
