Is Saturday Night Live on tonight, March 24th, 2018?

Live from New York, it’s Saturday night!

Season 43 of Saturday Night Live has been really solid so far. Last week’s episode with Bill Hader was some of the funniest the season has put out yet. But there’s certainly so much more that fans of the series can look forward to, so hopefully that momentum of hilarity will continue. Might it continue tonight with an all new episode, or will NBC be airing a rerun instead?

Let’s get right to it. Unfortunately, I have bad news for you. There isn’t a new episode of the show coming on tonight. There won’t even be a new episode coming on next week either. Saturday Night Live isn’t set to return until the night of April 7, meaning it’s going on hiatus for a couple weeks before we get new episodes. It’s a bit of a bummer coming off of last week’s strong episode with Hader!

Hosting the return episode will be Chadwick Boseman, who has become an A-list celebrity after the massive success of his film Black Panther. We can presume he will be donning the costume for some kind of parody sketch on the show, which already sounds hilarious. Joining him as the musical guest will be Bacardi B, and it sounds like it’s going to be a great show.
