Dave Chappelle premering two Netflix specials on New Year’s Eve

Famous funnyman Dave Chappelle will be bringing some more of his comedy to Netflix with a new special set to premiere on New Year’s Eve of this year.

Dave Chappelle is among the funniest comedians to have exclusive Netflix specials, and very soon, he’s already back to give us more!

Courtesy of Deadline, we have learned that the next Chappelle specials for Netflix will both be arriving on Netflix on New Year’s Eve – Dec. 31, 2017. Yeah, that’s not just one new special, but two! The first one, Dave Chappelle: Equanimity was recently announced already, and today, Dave Chappelle: The Bird Revelation has also been announced to drop on the same day. It’s going to be a funny new year!

Ahead of the premiere of the two specials, Netflix has also unveiled a teaser trailer for both of them. You can check that out in the YouTube video below.

This will bring the total number of Netflix specials for Chappelle up to four, with two hilarious ones already available on the service. Chappelle has not lost a beat since he disappeared from the scene for a while, and is arguably even funnier than he ever was. If the new specials are anything like the two that are already up, they’re both going to be freaking hilarious. For those of us staying in on New Year’s Eve rather than going out, it might be a good idea to bring in the new year with some laughs.
