Gordon Ramsay roasts Colbert over PB and J sandwich
By Jeremy Dick
The F Word star Gordon Ramsay stopped by The Late Show to verbally destroy Stephen Colbert as he made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
World famous chef Gordon Ramsay is well known for his incredible talents in the kitchen. But he’s certainly just as well known for his short temper and tendency to yell. Whether it be on Hell’s Kitchen or Kitchen Nightmares, the angry chef is always brutally honest about the quality of the food people make.
For fans of Ramsay, being screamed at the TV star would be a dream come true. That feeling is mutual for Stephen Colbert, a Ramsay fan himself. And Colbert volunteered himself to face Ramsay’s wrath when he had Ramsay as a guest on last night’s The Late Show.
After chatting for a bit with Ramsay, Colbert pulls out a tray with food on it. What’s on that tray? Bread, peanut butter, and jelly. “I would like to make a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, and have you yell at me while I do it,” Colbert straight up asks. Ramsay clearly finds it funny, but it is more than happy to oblige.
For each and every step in the process, Ramsay verbally rips Colbert apart. It seems like he’s doing every possible thing to make this sandwich incorrectly. By the time the Late Show host finishes the sandwich, all Ramsay can say is that it looks like “a pile of sh-t”.
