Is Saturday Night Live new tonight, May 13th?

Saturday Night Live is fast approaching the end of Season 42, but we’ve got the info on if the show will be new tonight, May 13th.

We desperately need a new episode of SNL tonight. There’s been a lot happening in the news this week which the sketch comedy show needs to lampoon. Well, fortunately, we’ve got fantastic news on that front.

So, YES, Saturday Night Live is all new tonight! There may only be two episodes left in Season 42, but it’s not quite time for the show’s break just yet. It will in fact be on tonight, and it should be one heck of an episode!

I’m happy to say that Melissa McCarthy will be hosting the show tonight. She will undoubtedly be reprising her part as White House press secretary Sean Spicer. Earlier this week, Spicer ducked the media by hiding in the bushes. I can’t wait to see what McCarthy does with that. McCarthy’s Spicer has been one of the show’s best bits ever since she started doing it.

Joining McCarthy, the musical guest for the show is the band HAIM. If you’re unfamiliar with them, the band consists of three sisters with the last name Haim — I guess it’s the new Hanson? Fortunately they sound much better in comparison.

It has also been confirmed that Alec Baldwin will be appearing on the show as Donald Trump. Having McCarthy and Baldwin both on the show roasting the White House is going to make for a hilarious show tonight.
