The Late Show with Stephen Colbert presented a very special TED talk which saw the Son of God performing miracles on stage.

Earlier this week, Pope Francis gave a TED talk via Skype at the TED conference in Vancouver. Not passing up the opportunity, Stephen Colbert took to The Late Show to poke fun at the event. He plays clips of the Pope’s TED talk, noting that it’s impressive for an “80-year old to set up his own webcam.”

Colbert jokes that there’s the Pope’s surprise appearance isn’t all that strange, as religious figures have a history of doing TED talks. That leads into a video of “Jesus of Nazareth” doing a TED talk of his own, and it’s just as bizarre as it sounds. Yes, Jesus Christ himself does a TED talk in the same way other presenters typically do.

In the video, the “carpenter/savior” talks about how he got to where he is today in an inspirational TED-like speech. “Jeez-me? No, Jeez-us!” he jokes, before talking about the concept of turning the other cheek. He even pulls out a bottle of water on stage, and I bet you can guess what he does with that.

This is a hilarious, spot-on parody of all those TED talks people keep posting on their Facebook timelines. While I haven’t thoroughly searched the bowels of YouTube to check out every TED talk spoof so far, this if easily the best one I’ve seen yet.
