By Tyler Brooke
The Late Show with Stephen Colbert discussed Steve Bannon’s alleged comments calling Jared Kushner a “cuck” on Thursday night’s episode.
There arguably isn’t another late night talk show out there that spends as much time trolling President Donald Trump and his administration more than the CBS series The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Whenever some news comes out, Colbert and his staff are there to make fun of it.
During Thursday night’s episode of The Late Show, Colbert took some time to talk about the recent events surrounding White House chief strategist Steve Bannon. Bannon was reportedly removed from the National Security Council, with a number of reasons being cited by news outlets as the reason for him being removed.
Colbert also took some time to talk about the apparent friction between Bannon and President Trump’s son in law, Jared Kushner. Apparently, Bannon reportedly referred to Kushner as a “cuck”, and Trump’s son in law was reportedly the one who helped remove Bannon from the National Security Council.

Bannon is arguably one of the most unpopular members of the Trump administration in large part for his role in founding Breitbart News, the ultra conservative and controversial news platform. That and his face have made him an easy target for late night talk shows like Colbert’s.
2017 has been a strong year for late night TV, and shows like The Late Show aren’t going to slow down with the Trump jokes any time soon.
