10. Emilia Clarke

Emilia Clarke has proved time and time again that she is a funny lady. From her film work and especially her role in Me Before You, Emilia has shown us time and time again that she is a force to be reckoned with. So of course she would make a fantastic host on Saturday Night Live.

The show has had actress like Emilia on before. Most recently, they had Felicity Jones host and the sketches they had for her would have honestly been amazing with Emilia too. She has training in the theater (don’t forget, she was on Broadway for some time) and she knows how to deal with a live show.

Most the fear that comes with Saturday Night Live comes from the fear of messing up and not being able to correct it. So with Emilia, that weight is lifted off her shoulders. She already knows what to do if something goes wrong. And because of that, Emilia would make a great host of SNL.

That and just imagine her and Kate McKinnon having a Daenarys off in a sketch! It’d be absolutely amazing. And we know from Peter that SNL with a Game of Thrones twist is a Saturday Night Live we know and love.
