11. Finding out what happened to Heath at the bridge
Tara’s Oceanside adventure had a happy enough ending with her finding her way back home. But some bad news came along with it. This includes discovering her girlfriend Denise was murdered days prior. Her scavenging partner Heath was also nowhere to be found, seemingly vanishing while waiting for Tara at the bridge.
On the ground were Heath’s glasses, which Tara may not have even noticed. What she did find was a card with what looks like three letter ‘P’s on it. This of course only creates additional questions beyond finding out where Heath went. What does this stuff mean?
Heath’s glasses on the ground suggest he was taken against his will. It’s possible that the Saviors are responsible, and we’ll see him again locked up in the Sanctuary. But it’s also likely this could be another adversary altogether. Who was it that did this? Where is Heath? Was the PPP card left as a clue, or was it unintentionally dropped?
The Walking Dead can sometimes drag viewers along before giving them definitive answers. Hopefully we won’t have to wait until Season 8 to find out what happened. I just hope he turns up alive.
