5 Star Wars actors we want to see host Saturday Night Live

With Felicity Jones set to host Saturday Night Live this week, here are a few other Star Wars actors we would love to see host the legendary NBC series.

Saturday Night Live is returning this Saturday for the first episode of 2017. The first episode of the year will be hosted by actress Felicity Jones, who has started to become a superstar after playing Jyn Erso in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.

With Jones hosting this week’s episode of SNL, we started talking about other actors from the Star Wars universe that we’d love to see host the NBC live sketch comedy series. We recently had Adam Driver, the actor who played Kylo Ren, host after the release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, and there are probably going to be a few more stars from the series as other movies are released.

There are plenty of possibilities as to who could host Saturday Night Live, but here are a few Star Wars actors that we’d love to see on SNL in the near future. There’s no guarantee that any of these actors will wind up hosting the show, but we’ll go ahead and break down the reasons why it would and why it wouldn’t work as well as how realistic each host actually is.
