The series premiere of the HBO show Westworld is finally here, but where can you watch it and when will the action be going down?

After years of toiling away in Development Hell, HBO is finally rolling out it’s big budget answer to Game of Thrones — Westworld. Tonight is when the world finally gets to see the series that HBO is likely hoping will pick up the slack created when Thrones ends its run in 2018.

But that’s getting ahead of ourselves. By that point, if all goes well, Westworld will already be on its third season and there’s no saying that HBO is intending this to be a schedule replacement for Game of Thrones. The two shows are currently airing opposite each other on the calendar, but another hit is exactly what HBO needs.

There are so many questions about Westworld that extend beyond just being about replacing Thrones. There were numerous production delays had, as J.J. Abrams could write a book about the issues had getting this series off the ground.

That now is going to happen, and it appears that the series is all that we’ve expected. Early reviews for the show are glowing and all indication point towards this being what HBO hoped The Leftovers would be but while actually delivering on the goods. Tonight we will find out if we’ve been led on or if things are really as good as they’re being advertised.

So where can you watch the series premiere of Westworld and when will all of the action be going down?
