Certainly, Louis C.K. is regarded as one of the finest comedians out there performing today. He has an extensive resume working with comedy both in front of and behind the camera. In fact, his comedy work has gotten him a Peabody Award and six Emmy Awards, proving him to be one of the most respected and acclaimed comics on television.

C.K.’s FX series Louie has been very successful, earning itself a big fanbase with wide critical acclaim. The semi-autobiographical show was created by C.K., with the comedian also starring in, writing, directing, executive producing, and even editing it. Being so hands-on with the series, most of its success can definitely be attributed to the comedic brilliance of C.K.

But how is C.K. when it comes to interacting with other people in an interview setting? Very funny and personable, it turns out. C.K. has constantly appeared on The Opie & Anthony Show, and is seen as one of the greatest recurring guests on the radio program. His sense of humor can sometimes seem a little rough, but that’s just a part of Louie’s charm. Seeing him bring his unique humor to The Tonight Show would definitely give people a reason to watch every night.
