30 replacements for Jimmy Fallon on Tonight Show

17. Bruce Campbell
Okay, I can admit it. Bruce Campbell is a fine actor, but he’s not exactly very experienced when it comes to hosting a television program. But I am of the opinion that the B movie legend would be a natural at it if he were only given the opportunity.
Since appearing in Sam Raimi’s Evil Dead movie trilogy, Campbell has become a horror movie legend. He recently reprised his role from those films in the Starz series Ash vs. Evil Dead, which is just as hilarious as it is bloody. Campbell’s immense charisma lends itself to always making the actor very entertaining in all of the roles he has been seen in.
Campbell is a very funny guy whose talents to extend past the horror genre. He regularly appeared as Sam Axe on the series Burn Notice, and was easily the highlight of the entire program. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg for all the TV and film appearances Campbell has done in his career.
But what really seals the deal on seeing Campbell hosting a late night TV show stems from when he appeared as a guest of Stephen Colbert on The Late Show. Campbell imitated Colbert and sat in the host’s chair, and seeing him there felt so much more natural than expected.
