11. John Madden

The Hall of Fame coach hosted SNL at a strange time: a week after he casted the Super Bowl.

The show opened with Madden ripping through the screen to yell about how good the SNL “team” was and didn’t slow down from there. Madden fake interviewed the losers of the Super Bowl, the Cincinnati Bengals. He had the story of his trip to the SNL studios filmed, which culminated into this.

John Madden is one of the biggest personality in sports history. He’s brash, he speaks with his body, and his voice fills the room wherever he goes. It’s not a surprise that he did well on SNL.
